Hi all

Oh, yes, I am back with more "crazy" questions.

I have found "my" knotter for a pullover, a turtle neck and a thick sweater for the cold days out hunting.
But, then I started to think...Why use a yearn that "everyone" can buy???
No, I want yarn made from a small yarn maker, just for me and my things. Oh,, what a idea.

But, are there still some around? I am thinking Scotland, Shetland islands and so in mind. The idea of using yarn made locally in a good old knit wear, well what to say......GREAT!

So, hope some know about a local yarn maker.

Thanks all for helping me

What a great idea - best of luck.

I am not sure about the thickness of the yarn but I heard recently of an Alpaca rancher that is mixing Alpaca yarn and silk and selling it in very small quantities.
