Trouser grips

Gentlemen:
I prefer beltless trousers. My needle and thread guy (not a tailor) fashions my belt looped non-custom trousers into beltless trousers by removing the loops and fashioning side tabs from the loops. The trousers rarely fit as snugly without the belt though as my custom trousers.
My custom beltless trousers have some form of a grip on the waistband, which helps keep my shirt in place and helps with the overall fit of the trousers in the waist area. The converted beltless trousers that my needle and thread guy has fashioned will fit better (at least as far as my tucked in shirt goes) with grippers in the waistband. Do you have any leads regarding where, on-line, I might find quality grippers for a waistband? I prefer patch type grippers to grippers that go around the entire waist.
Many thanks!
Trey
