Paul Smith bespoke?

How can it be bespoke if only two fittings (May, then September, with delivery two weeks after that) are contemplated? Normal SR practice is for three fittings, at least, with perhaps more if any difficulty arises, especially on a first order.

Yes, that's why I posted it. I'm only learning about bespoke & I thought perhaps Mr. Smith was using an exceptional tailor...

Well, this is a normal practice for "home-based clients".

But what is normal practice of visiting tailors? I'm afraid one fitting for most...

Reading between the lines, I think this they're really talking about getting measured in May, with the only fitting to occur in September.

Doesn't Smith dress one Blair - reason enough to run for cover.
