Does anyone have any information on Jason Amesbury? I call the number listed on his web site and it doesn't seem to be any good. His email doesn't seem to be any good either? :( Can anyone help me? I would like to purchase a pair of bespoke shoes from him in May. But, obviously I can't make an appointment to see him. Thanks in advance.

Sorry my English was not clear. I meant I do recommend his shoes highly.

While the website contact details are wrong the website is still a correct reflection of the quality of his work.

Reminds me of the old story (probably apocryphal) of the sign over the entry of some service establishment (I've heard restaurant, barber shop, men’s shop), "Our best is none too good."

Parting words from olld guys to new guys on changing of the shift at the power plant: "Remember, you can't have too much water in a nuclear reactor."

Thank you. Who would you recommend, beside JL and Cleverly? :)

Amesbury's shoes go for about £1500. I think a number of the tradesmen he uses also work for JL, the quality is certainly the same.
