Hello there

I haven't posted here much but have been an avid reader for some time. Some will say that this thread is useless without pictures, but I just wanted to report about the first fitting for a suit I am having made with Welsh&Jefferies. They are one of the few tailors who travel to Switzerland on a regular basis, so that was a major point for my decision towards them. I am having a grey suit made up in Lesser's cloth and so far I am very pleased. As this is my first suit with them, there are quite some changes to be made for the next fitting, especially to the trousers, but overall I had a very good impression and am very much looking forward to the finished suit. If there are LL members in Zurich, I can very much recommend this route based on my experience with W&J so far.

Kind regards

Hello,

Who is your cutter? I just commissioned a suit from Malcolm Plews at W&J in London last week. I have to say I was very impressed but the results remain to be seen.

My cutter is Mr James Cottrell. I think Mr Plews keeps travelling to a minimum.
