Bespoke Hosiery

Forgive me if this has been covered already.

I know that hosiery or (socks as some call them), has been discussed in other posts.

My question is, are there any bespoke hosiery makers out there?

The reason I ask this, is sometimes a maker will not produce a pattern anymore and when the garment wears out there is no place to find it again.

Are there makers out there who copy or do original ideas for hosiery?

Best Regards,

The most impressive collection of hose can be found in Schostal , via del Corso , Roma. IMHO not to be missed when next in Rome.

If I recall correctly, Alex Kabbaz told me that bespoke from his supplier requires a sixty pair order.
