Pretty amazing report on France's TF1 last night. A field trip was organized by a Parisian tailoring school to Savile Row. They visited Henri de la Piscine (Henry Poole) and Anderson & Sheppard.
The young students were extremely excited to see what British tailoring was about and they were particularly impressed by the selection and quality of British fabrics. Each of them expressed the interest to become an artisan like the ones they were seeing on SR.
Maybe there is some hope after all
