Help Needed: Choosing Wool for MTM Fall/Winter Trousers

I'm planning on having three pairs of dress trousers made up for fall/winter wear. I'd like them to be of a smooth worsted wool of around 11-oz. weight (plenty for our Vancouver winters). I'm interested in really high-quality wool here--possibly 100s, but more likely 120s to 140s. I'm planning on a couple of pairs in gray--one a mid-gray shade, the other a darker gray (but not charcoal)--and one in a mid-brown. I don't particularly like a prominent twill, so gabardines and cavalry twills need not apply.
What recommendations do you have? Holland & Sherry is readily available, and I could probably put my hands on Scabal, Dormeuil, and, possibly, Lesser wools. However, all suggestions would be welcomed. Has anyone seen some particularly nice worsteds?
