Is this accurate? What makes A. Caraceni the best?

It went on to say one of the branches is only MTM. That true?

I cannot answer your technical questions, but I will tell you that the owner of Le Cirque, Sirio Maccioni . . . wore Caraceni. Karl Lagerfeld, as well.
