Donegal tweed drape

I am looking to get a suit made from an 11 oz Donegal tweed. I do have some concerns though...
1. Will this hold up over time? I've heard some people discussing how tweed trousers don't wear so well over time.
2. Will it drape well enough?

Thanks.

Donegal tweed is fantastic fabric.
It makes up lovely.
You will have no problem with durability, or drape, if you are using good quality cloth.
I have made lots of Donegal jackets and suits for customers from Porter and Hardings bunches, superb fabrics.
I have been trying to make myself a Donegal jacket for ages, but have not had the time, it is top of my list for myself when possible.
