Thanks! It's really all Tony: I just gave him some general guidelines, and he did everything else. It turned out better than I could have imagined.

BTW, I just added a picture to the photojournal showing a direct front view of both shoes. You can get some idea of the fit/feet issues that Tony had to overcome.
