MSR Custom Shirts

Does anyone have any familiarity with MSR custom shirts in Ridgefield, NJ? I am to receive 2 of their shirts as a christmas gift and would be grateful for anyone's thoughts as to what I should be aware of in the initial consulting/tailoring process.
