The tailoring firm of Anthony Sinclair no longer exists.
I believe that he retired and sold his customer list. This is mentioned in Walker's Savile Row, but I cannot find the references.

this is something i have tried to find but to no sucess, i wanted to find out more about his house style but apart from the bond suit it is not easy to see any pictures of it
Sinclair's business was purchased by Richard W Paine. Of course, now I am not sure if Paine is still in business.
Anyway, there was a fair amount of change in the Bond tailors -- who included Cyril Castle and Doug Hayward, and IMMSMC perhaps Dimi Major.

According to Tony Gaziano the current tailoring house with their style most similar to that of Sinclair is Chittleborough & Morgan.

Mr. Paine is still around although I believe that he is no longer in active business. He can contacted through Davies & Son where he had a sitting.
Cyril Castle retired, and his "firm" was acquired by Poole.
