Different Coat Shoulder Structures

After reading Manton's post about Neapolitan shoulder methods (closed, pressed open, and shirt-shoulder), it made me curious--are there differing styles of English/Savile Row shoulders (more than just drape or no drape)?

If so, could someone point me in the direction of a post or article to read?
