Any opinions on John Chapman bags?

I came across John Chapman bags while searching for a khaki canvas bag. They seem reasonably priced, compared with Ghurka bags which originally inspired my quest. Anyone have any experience with them? Their website (http://www.chapman-bags.co.uk/) is awfully disorganised and difficult to navigate.
