Bespoke or MTM Suits/Jackets in Naples

Can anyone relate his experiences in buying MTM or bespoke suits or jackets from Borrelli or Kiton while in Naples? I may be there in the spring and would like to look into having perhaps a suit and blazer made. It would be most helpful to know the process: initial fitting, follow-up fittings, time-line, price, etc. I probably won't be there for more than a couple of weeks. First, with MTM, can this be done with one fitting? If not, can a second fitting be accomplished in a two-week period? Would bespoke be possible with a couple of fittings in this short time period, or would it be necessary for me to return later? How long does it take from initial fitting to delivery of the completed garment for MTM? Bespoke? What is the increase in cost over their RTW garments (assuming fabrics of equal value) for each of MTM and bespoke? Any help would be much appreciated.

I know nothing of Borrelli, and have not purchased Kiton in Naples, but here is my understanding.
You can buy MTM and have it done in time. There are no fittings in the usual sense, but they will measure you, make the suit to your measurements (they are much more able to modify their stock models than any other MTM garment, and very happy to do so) and fit you with alterations. The prople I have met from Kiton are very serious about their garments being perfect. They will do as much as possible to make their customer happy.
I believe their bespoke division consists of one tailor who measures, cuts, sews, fits etc. I do not believe you would be able to accomplish all of your fittings in time, but he does travel to the US to do the fittings. I believe he comes every month rather than twice a year. I also believe the bespoke suits are 25k.
I have had great success with their MTM. The results have been as satisfactory as any bespoke garment I have purchased.

Naples has been called the Mecca of mens' bespoke clothing.
If you are there for a couple of weeks, you have a wonderful opportunity to have a fully bespoke suit made by one of the world's best tailors working there.
You have a choice of many tailors but among the best known are: Rubinacci, Attolini, and Gennaro Solito.
Naples is also well known for its bespoke shirtmakers: Merolla & De L' Ero as well as Anna Matuozzo are but two well known shirtmakers.

One other tailor to add in Napoli: Orazio Luciano of La Vera Satoria Napolitano. He spent twenty years making handmade clothing for Kiton and was recently named among the best of the best by the Robb Report.
Newcomer
Newcomer is a bit of a misnomer in the case of Orazio Luciano. The Neapolitan tailor spent 20 years creating handmade clothing for Kiton before venturing out on his own more than a decade ago. After starting small and building a customer base at home and in Japan, he recently introduced his formidable collection of authentic Neapolitan clothing to the United States through a partnership with Artigiano of Coral Gables, Fla. The collection, named La Vera Sartoria Napoletana (the real Neapolitan tailoring), features suits that are handmade right down to the seam between the collar and lapel, a seam usually sewn by machine. Luciano says he also adjusted the traditional Italian slim fit, so, “the man doesn’t feel like he’s wearing his little brother’s suit.”
