problems with Vass

I ordered a pair of Vass shoes from Schumann in Vienna. The owner of that store is a pleasure to deal with, speaks English well, and the shows, a pair of black pebble-grain Budapesters with leather sole, are really comfortable, more elegant than I expected.
The problem is the follow-through. I tried to get another pair of Vass shoes, this time from Eva Vass in Hungary (because Schumann doesn't have the model I want). Her cell phone connection is bad, her English is not great, and she is slow to answer emails. After more than a week of this, I gave up and contacted Kielman. I spoke with Kielman himself. His English is excellent, he laughs after every sentence (very Polish) to the point I began to feel ill-humored by comparison (how funny can shoes be, really?), and he is Internet savy. I am going to try him (I think). The EG Dundee is not ruled out, just on hold.
