Blazer with buttonholes on the opposite side

This my be a very strange question. Today I found this blazer from Nino Danielo. The strange thing about it is that the buttonholes are on right side of the jacket. I thought that was typical for women's blazers, but no woman could possibly wear it. It's way too long and the size is 38. I usally have size 40 on blazers and this one is pretty tight. 38 in women's sizes would be huge. I hope somebody please can sort this out for me. I'm very gratefull for every answers!
