CAP artisans to earn their keep!

Gentlemen,
I was ruminating on another interesting post and recalling conversations I have had with artisans like Bugelli or Centofanti, and I thought, I would be very interested to know each certified artisan's opinion of the finest artisans in his vicinity, and/or finest RTW commonly available. For example, Bugelli told me Barba is really the finest RTW shirt now in Italy. Who are the Florentine artisans he would recommend to visitors to his city? I would ask similar questins of each of the certified artisans. Centofanti, my tailor but not a certified artisan, once said there was one tailor in Philadelphia to rival him (though he very graciously said there might be others, he just had not seen their work and so could not comment), Partito. I found that very interesting. In any event, I hope the certified artisans can be prodded to speak!
