I agree. Although these initiatives have been around for sometime now.
Did you know that it´s a chart obligation for every member of the Savile Row Bespoke Association (created 12 years ago) to employ at least one paid apprentice?

What dearth ?
Maybe in London.
Definitely not elsewhere.
Bespoke is safe and sound.
