Friends, Romans and New Yorkers
There is an exhibit at the FIT museum in NYC entitled "Elegance in an age of Crisis: Fashions of the 1930s." This exhibit has been organized in part by LL member G. Bruce Boyer who has offered to conduct a tour of the exhibit for his fellow members. I would like to find a date when this would be best for you all to attend.
Please let me know.

Would love to join. Ideally the 1st of April or after for me, though am sure I could move things around if that doesn't work for all else. Looking forward to this one!

The Cleverley in this exhibition were really nice. The Astaire shoes looked like they were made without the toepuft. I wouldn't mind going again if my Boyer gave a tour. It would have to be after April 7th for me.

Although I will not be able to attend, through my not beeing in NYC, I do want to say thanks for the unique oppotunity. Boyer is to my mind the most sympathetic voice in modern menswear and I should have loved to meet him - and see the FIT exhibition under his guidance.

Yes, this evening there is an interview with the Rubinacci family on tap at 6:30.
The invitation to all LL members from G. Bruce Boyer follows:
"Additionally, I'm doing an interview about Neapolitan style with Luca and Mariano Rubinacci on the evening of March 26th (at 6:30 pm) in the Katie Murphy Amphitheatre at FIT. I'd be honored if you and the LL members would attend. It should be a fun evening. Consider this a personal invitation."
Cheers

Additionally to what? Is the guided tour tonight also?
By the way, thank you very much for making this available to LL members.
