Hi all,
With Autumn just around the corner I thought I'd share with you the POW tweed. I'm over the moon with the finished garment, perfect for those fresh autumnal walks.
I hope you enjoy it. Thanks
Karl Matthews

Agreed, just lovely.
That's going to be one heck of an autumnal walk. Hopefully the environs will be up to the high standards of your ensemble.
Thoroughly impressed. Thanks for sharing.

Karl, what I love about this coat is that it's just so wonderfully English. Nice to see, thank you.

A beautiful coat indeed. It strikes me as being wonderfully genuine, the real stuff...full of the character we lack so dearly these days. Great tailoring on display here, as would befit a Prince.
I enjoy seeing the LL fabrics made up so well, so send Karl a few more!
Cheers

But without the air of costume that character is sometimes translated into nowadays. This looks like a coat that you'd want to wear every day. Superb work!

Again, I am the happy customer and looking forward to throw this beauty on.
Which begs the question: The Prince: Unicorn of Tweeds?

If I'm ever fortunate enough to own such a beautiful item of clothing I shall be blissfully happy. Thank you for showing us that.

I thought I'd post this very quick and dirty snap of the first outing of the Prince's Tweed (and with jeans, no less)... It's all a bit blurry and I am wearing a rather thick jumper underneath, but it might give you an idea of the general shape and look. I will try and post more pictures in the future of my LL garments, including the Everest coat...

I love to see pics of one of my all time favorite tweeds. Looks great. This coat should find its way into the LL derby. Karl did a great job. I like the dark brown button choice.
Cheers
