Tombow 707 ballpoint pen - and a matching case for it?

I really like these. Esp. not in the basic but the more elegant colors:





What is your take on this type of pen? (It's a classic in its category, winner of various design awards, has a superb mechanics, and so on.)

Could you recommend a matching case for it? Tombow doesn't offer one.

If you want to try one, opt for the 0.7 mm ink.
