Dear all,

I had a hiatus of ordering clothes due to some health reasons so this overcoat has been in the making over a year.

I am gladly sharing the pictures. I realise that my style is a changing to going for simpler things and this overcoat is a good example. I find much beauty in a really simple back with some drape. The cloth was not LL because I didn’t want to make my first overcoat with Steven in the Everest cashmere, I prize my length of cloth.

I cannot sing the praise of Steven’s work enough. I always only have 1 fitting, usually there’s nothing to adjust, sometimes maybe a 1/4 inch of a sleeve. Consistently excellent.

Best,

He is a good fitter. Recently I have had him adjust some of his older stuff, to reflect some offloading of assets on my part. The results are always lovely, even for jackets.
