I found mention of Leonard L tangentially in this 20 year old general article on bespoke from The New York Times but I thought that I would pass it along to you as I found it interest.

I doubt that many of you would agree with much in this article , would you?

The columnist obviously didn't know what she was talking about.
I found interesting to see that the prices quoted in the article have been, since then, creeping up at a similar rate to the general inflation.
