The London Shoemaker website has been updated, and now includes photos of some samples and some explanatory text.

In case anyone is wondering, I have no connection to Mr. Davies other than that I have a pair of shoes in progress.

Looks like he's getting organized-- which as a new client, I am glad to know.

Interesting shape on the toes. To my eye, sort of a halfway between Lobb St James and Cleverley. Does anyone else have a more informed analysis? Or is it possible that these are not his product? Presumably, he is still working on his first round of orders. I remember that in his first solo visit to the States he had a batch of samples from some decades ago, as well as a pair or two (of the same high quality) that he had made.

I love the belts. He also makes reference to an RTW line -- does anyone have any more information on it? Who makes it, etc.?
