Cotton Madras for trousering - sources

I need your help. Due to my very large thighs I have to get most trousers made for me (formal and casuals). For the holiday season I would like to get some cotton madras trousers and potentially shorts, but have no idea who makes suck a fabric. I have seen shirting weight from various sources but notthing in the 250-270g range.

Do any of you know where I can find such a fabric?
