^Really? I think it would depend on what was behind it. But maybe I'm wrong. I just imagine, for example, that a white shirt underneath a dark fresco jacket would be more visible than under a light colored jacket.

YMMV. My underwear is dark and so may show through light colors. White and cream are particularly translucent. My tailor recommended lining my light gray Crispaire trousers because otherwise they would be too translucent behind strong light.

Yust made 10oz Fresco trousers, with lining. To add lining later is dabbler work.
