Well, after 2 years away, I'm returning to Naples next week. Can anyone give some guidance as to shirtmakers? I've been a Matuozzo client, but am curious about what else is out there. The only others I know of are Piccolo, Merolla, and L'Ero, though I know very little about them. I'd like to avoid shops that cater to tourists.
Suggestions for other sartorially-related sites to visit would also be well-appreciated.
And of course, if anyone is going to be in town, let me know!

A good friend of mine had shirts made by Merolla e de L'ero a few years ago before the split. He absolutely loved the shirts. I thought they fit great and were very well made. I can't speak to how they are now after split. But from viewing his shirts and speakign to him, they were wonderful them. IN fact he was referred there by Marinella when he went to marinella to get some ties made.
I visited Luisa D'Ambrosio last year. Prices for shirts from Riva or Bonfanti cloths were high. My advice is to go north and visit Bugelli.
There's a piece about Satriano Cinque, the company now run by Gabriella de l'Ero on The Rake magazine's website.
Has anyone used this outfit? The article says they visit London, which is interesting.
Does anyone have any contact details for them? I can only find contact details for the previous incarnation of the business.
