I do not think they have a European Agent although I could be wrong. I have no knowledge of the quality although the offerings on the web-site do not look very tempting. Maybe the "Industrial line"?
I suppose the other option is Ebay or befriending a (usually ageing) tailor: He may leave his shears to you in his Will!
