Cording's Bespoke Service

Does anybody here have knowledge or experience of the bespoke service now available at Cordings of Piccadilly? I visited the shop yesterday to pick up a range of corduroy trousers in preparation for the autumn. Whilst there I was informed about the service and subsequently found this on their web site:

It seems very reasonable.

The jackets are fused. I repeat what I was told when I asked them over the phone.
