I never used Jantzen. It has a wide following on http://www.styleforum.net. There are many posts devoted to Jantzen.

Based on what I read about Jantzen, do not expect fabric samples and much in the way of customer service. It seems to be a pure hit and miss proposition, and its greatest attraction is its low pricing.
