Thank you, garu!

Vey true!

You be the judge of that:

I'm really looking forward to seeing what Edwin DeBoise runs up for me in the cloth.

David,

Would you like to see a sneak preview modelled by Matthew?
Bring it on, D

As you can see the cloth is more Lovat/Green than it looks in Costi's photos.

Costi, thanks for the picture. The trousers look wonderful - for some reason I was having a very difficult time imagining where there were. My vision isn't as young as it once was!

DD MacDonald, your jacket (suit jacket?, odd jacket?) looks wonderful, I am waiting until later in the year to have the PoW made up, for the autumn. There are too many other things to get ready for the summer! You and Costi serve as inspirations...

All the best,
garu

Edwin, looks fantastic!

I am so glad that I took extra cloth for a waistcoat and trousers.

Dear Costi, Edwin and DDMacDonald

It is alwys a pleasure to see our LL cloth in the hands of experts who know how to bring it to life.

The process starts by imagining the design, and colors; then the tests occur to make sure the ideas are sound and finally the cloth is woven, then cut, fit and sewn. I had a feeling from the beginning that this PoW might wind up being one of our best and what you have shown here leqds me to think I was right. Thanks for posting your pictures.

Cheers

Costi,

A very handsome jacket, but would you mind telling me where you got the shoes?

Costi:

That button stance is brilliant and it deserves to be seen more often. A 2-button style that allows you to have a higher opening point without wearing a waistcoat; as such, I think it's especially brilliant for a 2 piece suit.

My shoemaker made them. I think he did a pretty good job...
