Does anyone know someone in the UK or USA who can make a fabric covered belt and buckle for me using my own fabric?

years ago there were several in the us that did this.
your only hope is there may be one left in new york. check the yellow pages.

Chester Barrie used to offer a fabric covered belt with RTW suits and trousers. Lutwyche Bespoke may offer it as an option.
