Gents- As it's 20 degrees with a 30 mph wind today, which mills make wool or wool/silk blend shirtings? Fine weave and not fuzzy ( suitable for "dress" shirts). Contact info would be helpful.

Most of the Jermyn St shirtmakers offer a Viyella blend of 80% cotton, 20% wool. They are suitable to wear with a tie, but are regarded as country shirts. This doesn't mean much is the US, but I assume it would in the UK.
What would delight me is a revival of the old Viyella blend of 55% wool and 45% cotton. Some of the plain colors certainly were wearable in an ordinary work-a-day situation in the United States, even in so cosmopolitan a city as Chicago or New York. And those shirts were warm.
Many Jermyn Street shirtmakers offer a fine cashmere shirting, in a range of colours and if you are looking for warm, of course, there's always silk...
