My new bespoke shoes from Cleverley. I had them make a somewhat rounder toe than the traditional Cleverley model but still with the characteristic chiselled front.
They are darker than they appear in this photograph, more akin to Edward Green's Edwardian, I think.

Very handsome. Congratulations!
Would you care to comment on the fitting process, and on the final fit?

I find the somewhat rounded chisel intriguing. Pictures are never accurate, so I wonder even more.

Cleverley have my last well-drilled now. For this pair, after discussing the concept, they went straight to a completed shoe, which requires no adjustments. The final fit is as perfect as I can imagine. I'll see after I've worn them a half dozen times.

Still much too square for my tastes, but I love the style you chose.

I love a rounded toe. Rounded toe shoes make up the majority of my collection. But I have a penchant for Cleverley's chiselled toe also.
I've got enough appetite for shoes to allow for both styles. Why get caught in a groove?

They appear a bit duck-billed to me, but that could certainly be the picture. The broguing is great.
