Adding more flare to the skirt...

Hello everyone! I've been lurking the forum for a bit now, and must say it has been very informative! There has been something on my mind as of late, and was wondering if the people of this forum could shed some light. I was wondering if it is possible to add more flare to the skirt AFTER my suit is finished. I ask because when I went in for my first fitting, I thought the skirt was too flared, but the look may grow on me later. Also, not to go off on a tangent, but how do I access the other folders? Thanks in advance!
