Oxxford Store is Moving and Photos of the Old Store

As many of you know, the Oxxford Store on East 57th Street is closing tonight.

The new store will be opening on Monday or Tuesday. It is midblock on East 56th Street between Madison and Fifth Avenues. The official address is 717 Fifth Avenue.

Zegmantl has posted some of my photos of the old store in the East Coast Photojournal. Thank you, Allen. When the "dust settles" at the new site I'll post some photos.

If you have a chance to stop-in the new store, please feel free to mention me.

I wish the very best to the Oxxford company and their new location. Can't wait to see the new shop.

As for the old Oxxford shop, if all of us put our money together we could have a London Lounge clubhouse .

The new store is open although the phones have not yet been transferred.

Head tailor Rocco will be there on Friday and Saturday to measure MTM orders. CEO Mike Cohen will be there unitl Friday afternoon. If you're in the area feel free to drop-in to say hello to Mike. He's a terrific, young guy (40 years of age!).
