Borax Powder

Dear LL Members

Do any of you know where in London I may be able to purchase Borax powder, so that I able to clean my shaving brush?

I have tried Trumpers, Harris and others, and they do not stock it. A member of staff of Trumpers did suggest using distilled Witch Hazel as an alternative.

I have also tried to order Borax powder through my local pharmacist, but to no avail.

I recently bought some Borax from Boots the Chemist in Piccadilly. It has done a good job of cleaning my shaving brush.

I will go to that Boot's store sometime this coming week. My shaving brush is in urgent need of cleaning!

I am suprised Trumpers and others don't stock it!
