Look at that PoW suit - the coat is a 3B roll to 2, but there is a wider overlap than on most coats I've seen - perhaps 1-1.5 cm more. That makes a lot of sense with the open front quarters and with the roll of the lapels, which looks more "rich", more generous (even though they are pretty "dry" otherwise). The right lapel doesn't roll THROUGH the upper button, it rolls OVER it. That looks like a better way to do it.
