I don't smoke, and I don't know anything about pipes, but I saw this clip tonight on local TV. Now I'm thinking of buying a pipe ...:

The clip states that Tom Eltang - the name of thecraftman - is known in Japan and Italy. At the moment he is working with japanese to create "the ultimate pipe". I've found his website: www.eltang.com/
