My Unique Wolf Watch Winder

I am a fan and user of Wolf watch winders. We've gotten to know some of the folks at Wolf, including Simon Wolf, and we've attended a couple of events they've organized. Recently, the company has introduced a range of accessories, such as wallets, nightstand trays, etc, trimmed in the Fox Brothers and WM Brown Negroni Tweed. While not a cloth I'd make up into a jacket, I think it looks very nice as an accent on some of these accessories. Wolf has also introduced a single winder trimmed in this Negroni Tweed. But a single winder is of no use to me.
A few months ago, it turned out, my wife conceived the idea of asking Wolf to make a 8-station winder in Negroni Tweed. But, she was informed that Wolf does not take individual commissions. Nevertheless, she persisted and the idea must have caught on, because she presented me with this superb, unique, only-one-of-its-kind, custom made Wolf Winder:

The object itself is remarkable, but far more remarkable is the thoughtfulness, the effort, and the knowledge that so many people went out of their way to make this for me is both deeply moving and very humbling.
