The London Lounge

Since I'm never going to be asked to appear as a guest on the fabled show, I'm putting together my 8 pieces of music, thinking of my one luxury and my chosen book. Not easy . Do any other Loungers harbour a desire to be on the show ?

I gather that they no longer allow you to choose particular recordings. So if you want An American in Paris, they'll just pop on a copy of whatever's in the studio, and not necessarily the RCA Victor/Shilkret recording that you cherish so much.
