Great (wireless) commentary, by Peter Bromley.
Great sporting Moments
BRAVO!! Great stuff.
BTW I always love seeing NJS has posted when I click "New Posts" - guaranteed to be a winner. NJS, you must do a book launch at the East India Club.
Cheers, st.t.

Great commentary indeed (it makes a one-horse finish... exciting), but I think all those caipirinhas by the varanda are a bit too much.NJS wrote: Great (wireless) commentary, by Peter Bristow.
Who the devil is Peter Bristow?

I thought that I had corrected it to Bromley! I always seem to call him Bristow...
St Tully,
I hope that, one day, we can meet up in the East India Club. I have an old friend who splits his time between there and a narrow boat. Meanwhile here's the Rumble in the Jungle:

More great stuff!!
The Gourmet Dinner is Feb 21st. I'm flying over as they are breaking out some of the really good port. I'm sure Ron will be in attendance.
Hope the weather permits a cigar smoking perambulation around the square. Damned shame we can't smoke in the "Smoking Room".
Cheers, st.t.

Ah! So you know Ron! Mind you, it would be rather difficult to miss him! He is out here in April; giving a lecture and then driving down to us for a few days.
As far as smoking goes, you have got the 1st floor balcony and I wonder that you don't use that. Still, a stroll around the square sounds good.
best,
NJS
