Smoking manners

Apologies if this point has been made amidst some lengthy, well-thought posts which my eyes filled with slumber have scanned…but I believe the argument of etiquette wins. Even though the smoking ban has found many a hook to hang its nanny state hat, the fact remains that the product, the purchase, and the consumption thereof, is still legal. Like many things in life, moderation will dictate its potency – but one cannot be handcuffed if the letter of the law is followed. Therefore, since time alone will determine if this one legged stool of legislation shall sturdy itself or falter, a gentleman/host/adult should contemplate and adjust their enjoyment accordingly.
