Dear Paul:

You might enjoy visiting Bel y Cia at 20 Paseo de Gracia. They do RTW and bespoke. Their store is lovely and the offerings that I saw were quite nice -- so nice that my wife and I left with some. (They offer womenswear, too.)

May I second the recommendation of Bel y Cia. They offer, I believe, the world's best RTW boxer shorts, albeit at eye-watering prices, but they offer a lot more as well.
