A Boxing Day Question

Good afternoon and a happy boxing day to all!
Perhaps you can help; the internet is a fantastic resource but indexing it is very difficult ... as such, I often remember reading a great article or seeing a great image but cannot retrieve it days later.
The article (and image) in question relate to what I believe was an old Esquire New York article, whose author discusses what the 'elegant' gentlemen in London are wearing and bespeaking. The author details what he has seen for his readers across the pond, suggesting that RTW fashion may adopt some of these styles now they have been realised concretely by a bespoke customer. I remember a 'red shirt' being mentioned.
Does anyone recall the article? I would be ever so grateful if someone could point me in the right direction. I have searched everywhere but imagine I am using the wrong keywords.
Many thanks and festive wishes,
Matthew
