The London Lounge

Does anyone know who offers a ready-to-wear shirt with a 15" collar and a 35-36" sleeve in London? The only option I could find online was Charles Tyrwhitt or T M Lewin, both of whom offer a slightly lower-quality product than I'm looking for? Ideally I'd go with Hilditch & Key, but their standard sleeve length is 34" and they can only add 0.75".

New & Lingwood has shirts with a standard 34 inch sleeve. There is, however, material in the shoulder tuck to allow them to be lengthened by up to 2 inches. See http://newandlingwood.com/product.php?id=748 for the details.
