Does this refer to a London lounge suit, a lounge in London, or both? Just curious.

The "Sartorial Salon" was too girl.
The "beaudacious bespoke" too bombastic
"Sartobabel" was just one word. (perhaps "sartobabble" is more apt)
"Mike's place" just too common, needed something to go with the tan and olive.

Lounge (pr: approximately like "leeownge"), as in:
"It's ever so close in the
lounge, dear,
But the vestibule is comfy for tea,
etc..."

"Mike's place..."
The answer to the question is both Lounge as in Lizard and London Lounge as in coat.
"Sartorial salon...beaudacious bespoke....
What oh what have I done....?
The Doctor, on your next visit will you give DDM a complete checkup?
