Do you mean to ask where one can purchase uncut bridle leather, or an untanned skin that would be made into bridle leather?

Uncut bridle leather ready to be used to make an attache.
Thanks for your reply!

I'd suggest that you might leave the purchaser to the casemaker. If you're the casemaker, you might try the tannery nearest to you: my understanding is that, barring the finest (which might be too costly to experiment with), bridle leather from any decent tannery will be of roughly the same quality as bridle leather from any other.

Top London merchant for this type of heavy leather (suitable for case-and saddle/bridle work) is J T Batchelor in Islington

I just took a look at the site online and it seems that they aren't offering any bridle leather there. I grew up near a store though, and I think they had them then. Online: http://www.tandyleatherfactory.com/

This site sells belts made of bridle leather and would probably share their source:

Get thee to a tack shop. If you are in North America, anywhere that has any sizeable population of horses, including towns that have racetracks, breeding farms, training and equestrian centers, will have these. Same if you are in northern Europe (Ireland, GB, France, Germany) or Australia.
